This webinar will explore human factors and clinical decision-making in high-pressure healthcare environments. Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and real-world critical incident analysis, the session will examine how situational awareness, cognitive load, and perceptual error influence clinical performance.
Delivered by an experienced clinician, educator, and clinical innovator, the webinar will be highly relevant to Critical Care Outreach practitioners, with practical insights into recognising risk, supporting safer decision-making, and improving team responses during acute deterioration and emergencies.
