    Hi,

Is anyone doing audit on the Quality of response to Acutely Deteriorating Patients?  I have recently attended RRT Conference in Pittsburgh and one of the Barriers identified to effective treatment (that we should be looking at was) the quality of responce to calls.  I am interested in doing this at our local hospital.  Any advice?

    Hi,

That sounds really interesting, looking at the actual response process - did you get anywhere with this? I have just taken on a role of EWS Nurse Educator as part of reaching a CQUIN Target as a result of regular auditing of the EWS documentation and escalation process. I would be really interested in hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

    Sally
